Every window is unique. Chad measures meticulously — wood blinds, motorized shades, and oversized openings each have their own tolerances — and we place the order directly with Lutron, Hunter Douglas, Graber, Conrad, Insolroll, or our drapery workroom to your exact specs.

We come to you. Shelby brings samples — fabrics, finishes, hardware, operating systems — and you choose them in the actual light they'll live in. No showroom can replicate the way afternoon sun hits your living room at 9,000 feet. Designers and homeowners across the valley specifically request Shelby for this part of the process — for her eye for fabric, hardware, and the small choices that make a room work.

Installation

Chad handles the install personally — mounting, motor calibration, scene programming, and smart-home integration. We don't leave until everything works the way you want it to.

New construction and builder services

Working with an architect or builder? We collaborate from the blueprint stage so pre-wiring, pocket detailing, and shade specs are baked into the plans rather than retrofitted at the end.

Ongoing care

The job doesn't end at install. We're easy to reach, and we respond promptly — whether it's a question a week later or an adjustment a few years down the road. Same number, same two people. Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their window treatments for years to come.
